What we collect

When you request a free evaluation class, we collect the name, phone number, email address and program interest you enter. Our intake applications may ask for additional details, such as goals and relevant medical information, so we can run a safe evaluation class.

How we use it

We use your information only to contact you about your free class, schedule classes, and share dojo information you asked for. We do not sell your information.

Service providers

Form submissions are stored in our member-management software (Spark Membership). Our website host and standard analytics may process basic technical data, such as your IP address and browser type.

Text and email

If you give us your phone number or email, we may call, text or email you about your request. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
